Hi guys

Just a few questions to see what peoples opinions are when it comes to stretching and jelqing if you are targeting length.

1. Erection level and pressure/pull while jelqing

2. Pull/force level when manual stretching pre-workout

3. Any methods post workout to maximise healing/gains or at most prevent any shrinkage.

I know practice makes perfect, I am still very new and listen to my PI’s I am just on the side of cautious when it comes to working out my member.

After reading countless forums I understand only I can know and it is all about your limits and listening to your dick! I just want to hit that goal like we all have and without hurting my member.

Anyone’s 2 cents would be great as I start my PE journey.

Just started applying a bit of lotion on the unit after the warm-down to help the skin recover from the stretches šŸ†

Hi Cjjh!

1. Erection level and pressure/pull while jelqing?
80% max (pressure not too hard)

2. Pull/force level when manual stretching pre-workout?
Warm up (5-10 minutes) + regular force (not too hard)
You don’t need force with P.E…
You need patience and a lot of time to do your exercises.

3. Any methods post workout to maximise healing/gains or at most prevent any shrinkage?
coconut oil + (day off)

1. I have started to be more cautious with pressure. I now have spent some time looking at the OK grip and getting used to what size it is when Iā€™m 100%. To become used to a close fit at my actual size. Then when jelquing I form a grip that is only just smaller than my size. So I am applying pressure/squeeze but only a little. Practicing this has helped me be consistent and I think doing it too low to start is better than too high and then finding your rhythm and grip size.

3. Loose underwear helps with avoiding turtling and light streatches any time it does shrink, bathroom visits etc


Starting Feb 2019: BPEL: 7.5inch MSEG: 5inch EQ 8/10

Goal: BPEL: 8inch MSEG: 5.5inch EQ: dialed up to 11!

3. Make sure you drink plenty of pure water, yes, many people don’t understand how important it is to pay attention to basic things. :)

I am still very much so in the trial period of what works best I just want to minimize any mistakes before they have a chance to happen.
