Manual Exercises vs Pumps/Extenders

So I’ve been much of a lurker for years until now. I’ve done the newbie routine and enjoyed some smaller gains, and also have been on and off with the pump. I can enjoy manual exercises such as jelquing and manual stretching but have an issue (me being a scientist nerd) of keeping a track of consistency through those manual exercises. Devices such as the vacuum pump and extenders have always fascinated me because of the ability to closely measure vacuum pressure, or tension, along with time under both conditions. For me it’s much easier to gather data using devices and also track any sort of changes in a log. Coming up in the month of July I am starting a very thorough data collection of using my Vacu-Tech 1.75” and 2” cylinder along with my Penimaster Pro extender.

So a question to you forum goers….what’s your preference? Or better said, what has provided measurable gains with consistency…manual exercises or pumps/extenders? I can imagine that the responses will vary greatly since we’re all different and respond to different stimuli.

Combo of both is actually the best sessions I’ve had but I’ve dropped my pump as my routine was becoming seriously long. Currently stretching 30-40 mins and jelqing 20-30 mins if I added in a pump, my routine would be like 1hour and a half.

Sorry didn’t really answer….advanced stretches in my opinion are perfect, I feel my penis is worked in many different ways and angles and adding in the jelqing just seems to be the combo that works best for me within my time limitations.

You guessed right, that’s individual.

There are good and bad sides for many methods. With stretching you can push strongly and be safe, but it’s only length and usually elastic tissues. With pump you can push both length and girth, but it’s easy to get injury when you go above standard pressure. Usually nothing serious, but it can be discoloration or red dots (basically capillaries bursting). With clamping we have decent girth expansion, and it’s not very traumatic, but length isn’t really forced here. And again it’s limited by how much we can let blood in. There are advanced clamping techniques, like uli. It forces more, but main effect appears on mid-glans area, not so much near base.

So focus on something you want, check few exercises for that and see what works better for you.
