Manual Stretch Questions

I have been doing PE workouts for about two and a half months now. Mainly doing the newbie routine with a couple variations and longer reps.
I have 3 questions for anyone with more experience than I.
1-During warmup, I use a hot wet dishtowel. Is there any benefit to warming not only the penis, but the area above and aside the base of the penis, I.e., where the ligaments are? I usually do this because it feels good, but has anyone gained more or less from doing this?
2-While performing manual stretches to the left and right, I found that taking a step to the side and back a bit with the leg opposite of the direction of my penis pull causes a more intense stretching sensation in the area right next to the base of the penis. Is this something that is known and recommended? Anyone tried this and felt the extra intensity to the stretch?
3-Does anyone use plain old ibuprofen or other anti inflammatory drugs after on rest days to try and speed up/ help recovery? I read a lot of stuff on the chemical PE threads, but didn’t see this.
Thanks in advance. By the way, PE is real, it is working, and I couldn’t be more stoked! Haven’t posted pictures yet because I guess I am still not ready to, but have gotten gains so far and am loving it. (Wife keeps making comments about the spots I have been hitting up in her and looking harder at my unit too. Heh heh.)
