I feel like many things PE related are based on mindset. If you feel like it’s hindering gains, then you shouldn’t do it. You need to stay motivated, consistent, and positive.

I think we are all different. Experiment and see what happens.

I know if I have a release after PE then I have some flaccid shrinkage (lose a good 0.5 in legth and 0.25 girth). If i just edge, I am much fuller.
