Measuring beforeafter rest days.
I’m currently on a 4 days on 3 days off routine.
From reading posts on people that does this type of routine as well, most say the always see the gains after those rest days, for me it is kind of different. I see them mostly after the 4 days of PE.
I’m sure that the rest days are helping alot, I’m just wondering if anyone as a thought about what this type of gaining can say about my PE, and if it says something about the ways I should see my PE future.
