Measuring penis during or after PE

What I’m asking is say your BPEL is 16.5cm and you do stretching a jelqing is it possible to temperately stretch the penis say 0.5cm so when you measure its 17cm? I never really measured during or after PE because I knew those would not be accurate or would be temp changes but I figure if you can stretch and jelq your penis 0.5 cm bigger every time then chances are you would take to that size after time. Is this possible extra .5cm when doing PE

Sure. I would think that is exactly right. I never did this with length measurements, but it is exactly what I and many others have experienced with pumping and temporary post pump gains slowly becoming our new non-pumped size.

Would this be the same as clamping I guess? I measured well clamping once and I was just over 1-1.5cm bigger I was shocked it felt so different to hold in my hand, I felt big lol. Girth really isn’t a issue for me but it was cool to experience

Length or girth, I’m guessing they would both work the same, regardless of the means you use to get the temporary expansion. Jelqing, pumping, clamping, all seek to expand the erectile tissues of the penis.
