Method of attaching weights to wrench hanger.
Hey guys, I am a few weeks into hanging now, and I have just got down what I think is the perfect wrapping/clamping technique, however my one problem is that I am using a shoestring to attach the weights to the end of the wrench, and this makes it difficult to add and remove weight between sets. I am wondering what else I might use? It is important that the attachment be very short, since the weights already almost hit the ground beneath me as it is.
P.S. For those wondering about my wrapping/clamping technique, what I figured out was that since the Theraband tends to hurt my skin, I first lay down a thin layer of bandana, and then wrap with Theraband over it. And instead of using cable clamps, I use hose clamps that tighten with a screwdriver. This allows me to get as tight as possible.
