Middle of penis is thicker than base or head

Hi, I wanted to post this under sexual health but my account isn’t eligible to do that yet.

So as the title states, my penis is thicker at the middle, by half an inch. I am currently 19, but when I was younger, I didn’t know what erections were. So, being unaware, I would usually ram my penis into my bed that I was lying face down on. This usually got rid of the erection, most probably because it pushed all of the blood out of it. But I am unsure of whether this caused my penis to turn out this way.

Did ramming my penis into my bed while lying face down on it cause my penis to become stubbier at the mid-section?

Does your penis function okay? If so, don’t worry about it. The middle of your penis is usually the widest point. That’s why when you measure for girth, you are supposed to measure it in the middle of your shaft where it’s the widest. You ramming your penis into your bed as a child has nothing to do with this. That would have more likely caused a fracture and if you weren’t in tremendous pain after doing that, you didn’t fracture it. You would have needed to seek medical attention.

The middle of my penis is the thinnest point for me. Everyone is different I imagine.

There is no way to tell what caused your penis to turn out the way it did. Plus, guessing at it now won’t change what is now. I mean you can’t go back in time and change anything.

There is PE you can do to increase base girth and tip girth (head girth/glans girth) but it’s up to you whether you do that or not. I wouldn’t worry about it if you have good function and sensation.
