Modifying newbie routine to focus on girth
I’ve done a little bit of jelqing in the past (couple of months). I never took measurements, but I felt like I had increased girth slightly. Haven’t done it in a few years, and I’m pretty sure any size gains have gone away, although it seems to me that the jelqing reduced the amount of downward curve I had and that ‘improvement’ never went away.
I’m roughly EL: 6.7”, MEG: 5.2”, BEG: 5.0”
Going to restart and want to focus on girth only. I’d rather not add any length.
Taking a look at the newbie routine:
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.
I was thinking of eliminating the stretching as I’m not interested in adding length. It there anything I can add to encourage girth gains, or all the other girth routines best reserved for after I’ve done several weeks of jelqs and kegels?
Maybe some light pumping?
