My First Post
I come on here every once in awhile and excited that this is my very first post, I have been Doing PE on and off for the last 5 months and the last 2 weeks I got serious and down to work. I’m doing hanging 3 sets 20 mins with 2.5 pounds and after each set I do various light stretches and 150 jelqs. I been doing this 5 days a week (taking Saturday and Sunday off) the first 2 weeks everything was good and I was getting good stretches but yesterday start of the third week I couldn’t hang at all, my erections and blood flow have been crazy and I just couldn’t hang. Today (Tuesday) I took a pre workout I don’t like to take (because it makes my dick not work for like 3 hours) with DMAA in it and I could hang and do my routine perfect. Was wondering if that’s fine? But I can’t wait for the gains I’ve already seen great Improvements and I’m just gonna take it slow. I haven’t measured my dick or anything I’m pretty good at eyeballing and I defiantly have a longer flaccid! Any tips and stuff would be great I’m ready to pack on the size.
