My flaccid is a little smaller after workout
I been doing PE for almost 2 months. This week I increased the intensity to 10 minutes stretching and 18 min jelq. The only real change has come from more intense stretching I added 4 to 5 minutes.
I am noticing my flaccid was bigger last week. I don’t feel like I over trained because I did over train the in my 1st month. I took off a week and I got better.
My question is does anyone ever get a smaller flaccid after a intense workout and is the normal? Am I supposed to have a bigger flaccid right after a good workout?
