My New Routine
I’ve been experimenting with my P.e routine in the past I’ve been on and off and came back. For the past 2 months or so I’ve been playing around with new techniques and studying seeing what works for me so about a month back I started experimenting with trying to clamp. I started out with trying to use a Hair tie and that actually didn’t work out bad but I knew it needed adjustments so I started playing with wrapping my penis in a cloth first and using a large hair tie and for about 2 weeks now I’ve been doing this of course no solid gains but my penis thickness in my flaccid has increased and it doesn’t hurt nor is it uncomfortable and I can literally take it off in a split second. Then I played around with hanging I just used a sock with some weight
(only 2pounds) and wrapping it and after adjusting I have a perfectly comfortable hanger now this all leads me to speak on what I’ve learned. Since I’ve been studying I noticed alot of people see the best gains when they spend time to safely exercise there penis under a longer period of time sitting for 5 minutes doing jelqs doesn’t work for me so I put together a full on routine that I’ve been doing based on the day and I don’t measure I set short term small goals and I’m working on buying a penis pump so here’s the routine critique or give tips but this works for me my penis feels fatigued and I’ve been waking up hanging a bit longer than usual.
Once I wake up and start my day
I apply a warm towel for 5-10 minutes
1Hr Wrapping
1Hr Clamping
(not straight through I stop and reset)
Then I stop for however long I may jelq in between or just wrap or apply some form of ADS or just sit with a Fowfer

30M Hanging
10-30M all forms of Wet jelqs
(I may v jelq or do one handed slow jelqs it doesn’t matter I just do them for the allotted time)
10-30M Stretching
30M Edging
Then I get out and proceed to the last part

20m-1H Clamping
30M+ADS/Wrapping
And then I’m done I may or may not do extra clamping or jelqing or just fowfers throughout the rest of the day I may even just do a variation of the beginner routine if I’m up late or wake up early and get done quick do too fatigue
This is my Routine and I’ll be taking a 2 Week break sometime in December and measuring in January.
