My Newbie Routine

So, my routine is as follows:

Thorough warmup in shower or with a heat pad, followed by some light to moderate cranking, tugging and bending generally to encourage blood flow, then on to manual stretches

30 seconds straight down, 30 seconds down-left, 30 seconds down-right.
30 seconds straight out, 30 seconds out-left, 30 seconds out-right.
30 seconds straight up, 30 seconds up-left, 30 seconds up-right.
Repeated for 3 sets, I’m using an interval timer app on my phone to keep it accurate

After this there’s a bit of cranking and bending to relax the tissue before jelqing, prior to starting I thoroughly massage my unit with with a liberal amount of coconut oil, work myself to about 75% to 80% erection, and then start jelqing. My first session consisted of 5 minutes of jelquing, the next was 6 minutes, I intend to work my way up to 15 minutes straight.

I started on Monday 25/6/18, did another session on 26/6/18, today I took a break and intend to continue on the 28th and 29th, taking 30th and 1st off, so ideally my week will look like this:

On/on/rest/on/on/rest/rest

Taking feedback from my unit, its tender but not painful, just like how you feel after a training session.

Sorry for the verbosity of my post, but I had a lot to get out haha.
