Need advice with newbie routine

I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 6 weeks now. There were 2 days in the middle of that time where I noticed visible gains. But this weekend I noticed I’ve actually lost size and erection quality from where I started. I actually jelqed less then the routine said having worked up to 85 jelqs. And I go Mon, Weds, Fri so I can’t believe that I could have been overworking. I’ve heard different things about conditioning the penis, whether it helps get gains eventually or whether it prevents them and you should vary routines. A couple years ago I gained about 2 inches and I don’t know how much girth. I didn’t cement or maintain the gains so I only kept about an inch. I gained pretty quick then so I’m wracking my brain trying to figure out what I’m doing differently. I’m going to stay with at least Mon, Weds, Fri consistently unless it really goes wrong. But does anyone know anything that I could be missing?

I think after 6 weeks of PEing, your penis won’t be getting a very good workout with only 85 jelqs, 3 days a week in my opinion. At the 6 week mark I think one should be up to around 250-300 jelqs maybe? Good luck!

How much pressure are you using when jelqing ? Maybe it’s too much pressure?


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I guess I would compare it to tying a shoe. There are so many little nuances and fluctuations to this stuff it’s surprising. I can’t wait until I get it down again. I wouldn’t have stopped before but I had a serious incident not related to PE.

Can it be done with not much pressure?

Yes.

There are many here who feel that moderate pressure is best.

It is allergy season,taking antihistamines, that will cause temporay shrinkage.

I went through 2 bottles of NyQuil awhile back, I don’t know if that is one. And I think I’m coming down with a cold again as I type this. I’m gonna try to lighten my grip a little bit and do 100 for 2 weeks, then 125, and add 25 every 2 weeks until I get up to 300.
