Need help for a great routine

Hi,
I have been using phallosan forte for about 2 months now, combined with a pump. I have not seen any changes. I know it takes a while. I would like to ask if anybody here has jelqing routine (combined with the strecher and the pump) that helped them to gain fast and effective ? Like what is the best routine when you are using and extender and/ or an pump? And also what is the best jelqing routine (without the pump/extender)?

If anyone has an effective plan from Monday -Sunday, and is willing to share it, I would be more than thankful.

Can you please tell us more about your PE history and your current routine. As well as more details about your schedule for the extender, pump frequency and vacuum level, etc….?

Well I have been using the extender every second day for about 5h a day. The pump I’m using also every other day for about 10-15 min (I start with a soft Penis). So I use the extender on monday. On tuesday I use the bathmate and so on. I’m usually jelquing before I’m using the pump. I start with a 5 min warm up. After that I’m going straight to jelquing for about 10 min(I only know the ok grio jelq and the v jelq) while I’m jelquing I use black seed oil. After the jelquing I use the bathmate. Thats basically it

PS: does black seed oil really make dick bigger. If so how do you guys use it?

The extender is a process and personally I am cautious in my application of it. I think you are set to gain wearing the extender every other day, just as you are. Initially I believe there is a break in period with the extender, once initial acclimation occurs, some 200 hours in, then the first increase/addition of extender rods can be added and tension increases, gains will then begin to set in, but still it’s a constant process of new stress, acclimation and then addition of rods, process repeats. Each cycle could be between 200 to 300 hours.

I would also consider adding the jelq sessions to after the extender sessions, same day. Then allowing the following days to be true rest days, if you are doing 1on 1offs. I might consider eliminating the pumping for the time being, easier said than done! I also love pumping.

Currently I am experimenting with a 2 on 1off, 2 on 2 off schedule.

At the end of the day balanced intensity, consistency and time will provide you with results.

I also used a PF and Lingam stretchers for my initial gains.
I would slightly disagree with LE about your routine (although a very good starting routine) but before saying or suggesting anything I need some more information from you,
How are your current PI’s?
Have your erections and morning wood gotten better, stayed the same, gotten worse?
If there is a change in PI’s is it following stretching days or pumping days?

As for black seed oil… never used it.

And my errections are strong I mean I’m only 19 so, but I have to say, if I use the strecher and the pump my penis is usually softer on that day and the following day. I also want to say that I haven’t been doing any PE for about 2 weeks. I had a lot of stuff to do. So I know this may sound weird, but I would like to try only jelquing (no pumps no strecher) for the next 3 months. So I really need a good plan. With plan I mean like a real plan from monday to sunday, where it shows what you have to do everday and what exercises are being used, how many reps/pause for how long you should to the exersices etc. If anyone has a good plan which gave them good gains please share it, I would be more than thankful.

Based on your last post IA, look up at the top of the PE Basics page and follow the Newbie Routine. It outlines everything just as you asked.
