Need Help with Injury Avoidance
So there is a tendency when I finish my routine for there to be some tightness or irritation in one of my left thigh/groin muscles an hour or so later. About a month ago, it turned into a minor sprain and I took a few weeks rest before picking up again. I’m doing a smaller routine, but I still feel the tightness sometimes.
Is there anything I can do to loosen the muscle without cutting out more routine? I’ve already decided to halve the newbie routine I was on before, and I’m on a 1 on 1 off rest schedule. Cutting any more feels like it’ll defeat any gains.
