Need help with libido
Hey all. Well, I went to restart my PE career last month, evidence by my posting, but it didn’t work out for me. I just have no libido where it takes a woman, or porn ONLY to get me hard. When doing PE, I just can not maintain an erection, especially when jelqing.
I do not have time to PE at all as my training for my new job, which is something I’ve wanted since I was 5, is my life and my main focus that requires me to wake up, get in uniform, leave for the academy, come home, study for a few hours, go to sleep and repeat. No excuses but PE is not the time for me right now with me training in an academy for the next few months.
I feel now though that the best bet for me is to focus on increasing my libido and erection quality for the next few months that I won’t be able to PE.
I’m looking at quiting porn, no masturbation, only sex when I get it, and taking supplements to increase libido since I’m on medication that lowers libido.
The supplements I’ve looked into are:
L-Arginine (at least 1000mg a day)
American Ginseng (625 mg a day)
Gingko Biloba (120 mg a day)
Drinking green tea at night before bed.
I have all these now currently at my disposal.
Any idea on Horny Goat Weed too?
I would appreciate it for any advice on supplementation and quitting porn/masturbation to help me regain my libido. I have absolutely zero libido at 21 and no morning wood, I’m very thin so I’m sure Low-T plays a part, and I can’t get an erection without stimulation.
