Need help with libido

Hey all. Well, I went to restart my PE career last month, evidence by my posting, but it didn’t work out for me. I just have no libido where it takes a woman, or porn ONLY to get me hard. When doing PE, I just can not maintain an erection, especially when jelqing.

I do not have time to PE at all as my training for my new job, which is something I’ve wanted since I was 5, is my life and my main focus that requires me to wake up, get in uniform, leave for the academy, come home, study for a few hours, go to sleep and repeat. No excuses but PE is not the time for me right now with me training in an academy for the next few months.

I feel now though that the best bet for me is to focus on increasing my libido and erection quality for the next few months that I won’t be able to PE.

I’m looking at quiting porn, no masturbation, only sex when I get it, and taking supplements to increase libido since I’m on medication that lowers libido.

The supplements I’ve looked into are:

L-Arginine (at least 1000mg a day)
American Ginseng (625 mg a day)
Gingko Biloba (120 mg a day)
Drinking green tea at night before bed.

I have all these now currently at my disposal.

Any idea on Horny Goat Weed too?

I would appreciate it for any advice on supplementation and quitting porn/masturbation to help me regain my libido. I have absolutely zero libido at 21 and no morning wood, I’m very thin so I’m sure Low-T plays a part, and I can’t get an erection without stimulation. Thank you all and sorry for asking so many questions!

Horny Goat Weed is a great choice, the rest are good for you. I’d push Zinc though.

If you think you have serous endocrine problems I’d check with a specialist. Vitamins cam only do so much.

I really don’t think it’s an endocrine issue truthfully. I’m thin but I have a very athletic, lean muscle build to me. When people see me, they say I’m skinny/thin with very broad shoulders but if my shirt comes off, people say that I have nice lean muscle and an athletic shape. They’re actually surprised I have the body shape with abs and such that I do because they wouldn’t ever guess it. I’m 6’0 pushing 6’1 and 155 pounds but not an ounce of fat on my body at all. Everything is lean. I don’t mean to sound as conceited as I do right now but I also know Low-T probably wouldn’t be the case with my shape and broad shoulders (although I know it’s genetics too) but it could not at all hurt to have it checked.

What’s the benefits of zinc to the supplements? Does it work at a carrier/control to help aid all the others? Also, is there anything else I could do or is everything I stated, if followed through as I plan, enough to max out my libido and EQ by the time I’m ready again in a few months to begin PE again?

It doesn’t work that way.

I’m 255-260 and have a top 50 powerlifting total. I also have low t. I was having erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and was looking flat. My t was off and I was over stressed.

Look into it.

You can always wear an extender During your study time. It’s what I do.

I think bigbooty is right. Ask the doc to test for low t at your next physical. He can refer you to a specialist to pinpoint the cause.
