Need Some inputs advice from veteran hangers

Hi Thunderarians,

This is my first thread.

Need some advice inputs from some veteran hangers .

I have taken my routine guideline from posting made by Jay Roony- This guy used to hang using a noose and made great gains.

My Current Routine—

Hanging* (3/4) X 25 minutes), 15- 20 min wet jelq- every day Morning session, with warm rap and dry jelq between sets intervals of 10- 15 minutes – 5 days on 2 off—-This I am doing for 6 weeks

2week Hanging decons break**- during this period I jelq for 30 minute per day- % days on 2 weeks off

Then restart Hanging- 2 weeks only hanging* no jelq then restart Jelq from 3rd week to 6th week.

Take a hanging decons break**

I have already gained 1 centimeters(Currently at 14.5 cms NBP). I am currently using a noose and 4.5 lbs weight.Started 3 months back



Questions I want to ask –

Which is better in terms of gain- noose style hanging or Bib style hanging (more circulation oriented) ?

Can I continue noose style hanging at lower weights less than 12 lbs , or should I go for a safer option like Bib starter?

Will noose style hanging hinder in gains?

Will Bib starter give me same result as noose or it’s better in terms of transforming hang time into gains?

Thanks for the input. May be I shall be giving some more try to make a better hanger,if not successful I shall be going for BIB starter. Are there any more options available into commercially available hangers. Please advice which would be most effective.

Have you tried the newbie routine, seek9? Hanging is not the fastest way to achieve gains for many guys - maybe for most.

Noose hangers are a good way to break you penis for good. If I recall correctly a Captn’s Wench runs around $15 and is very comfortable as well. If you end up not hanging with it it works as an ADS as well!

Hi Thunderss,

I am using a Home Made BIB currently , I shall be getting a bib starter soon. Well the problem being that my new credit card is still in processing ,it will be a well over a month before I get a new bib. So meanwhile not waisting my PE time I am using noose style. Will up till now hanging was a good experience (gave me god EQ, Frequent woods, 1cm gain- but I can’t withstand higher weight for now, any thing above 7 lbs hurts ).

Hi Mareniera ,

Ya did try newbie routine for 4 weeks it left me with a beaten , culturally shocked and turtling dick , may be I had over PEd(To much PE due to enthusiasm). But once I started hanging all these negative PI turned to positive.

If I restart newbie routine for how long should I be on it before I can start hanging .May be I shall be continuing newbie routine for next 3 months untill I restart hanging or simply promoting myself to advanced newbie routine for another 3 months. Depending on how PI show up at that time , I may or may not hang .But hanging is doing god for me right now.

Up-till now my hanging experience has been nice (5lbs currently). I am getting constantly good and hard EQ, good flaccid and gains of little less than 1cm,but some tissue toughening also(alarm bell).Thanks for valuable input.

Hi Iamaru,

Well I am very interested in trying it out before I get a bib, but I am not getting enough supplies in my place to make one. I am trying my level best to get. Thanks for the valuable input.
