Need Some inputs advice from veteran hangers

This is my first thread.
Need some advice inputs from some veteran hangers .
I have taken my routine guideline from posting made by Jay Roony- This guy used to hang using a noose and made great gains.
Read if you want gains! Sharing what I know.
My Current Routine—
Hanging* (3/4) X 25 minutes), 15- 20 min wet jelq- every day Morning session, with warm rap and dry jelq between sets intervals of 10- 15 minutes – 5 days on 2 off—-This I am doing for 6 weeks
2week Hanging decons break**- during this period I jelq for 30 minute per day- % days on 2 weeks off
Then restart Hanging- 2 weeks only hanging* no jelq then restart Jelq from 3rd week to 6th week.
Take a hanging decons break**
I have already gained 1 centimeters(Currently at 14.5 cms NBP). I am currently using a noose and 4.5 lbs weight.Started 3 months back
Questions I want to ask –
Which is better in terms of gain- noose style hanging or Bib style hanging (more circulation oriented) ?
Can I continue noose style hanging at lower weights less than 12 lbs , or should I go for a safer option like Bib starter?
Will noose style hanging hinder in gains?
Will Bib starter give me same result as noose or it’s better in terms of transforming hang time into gains?
