Well, Nomadic_Bone. First off, I will have to disappoint you but 5in X 4in(bone pressed, erect) is below average. Don’t worry. This PE DOES WORK, However, it is a LONG and HARD process full of frustration and disappointments, but the end benefits during intercourse are well worth it at last.
Please check this website out and read as much as you can read on Penis Enragement. Then start out jelqing for a few minutes per session and work your way up. Be careful not to injure yourself and be patient, because consistency and patience is the key to Penis Enlargement.
As for myself I have gained a lot from PE and could not be happier. I started way back in late spring of 2003 and was too insecure about my size. That however never stopped me from having sex though. In 2003 I was 5.75X4.75(which is not much bigger than yours) as of today, I am almost 7.00X5.5. The only routine that I do is jelqing and stretching for 30min a day for 4-6days a week. I have not been consistent all the time, because I have stopped my workouts due to frustration and disappointment. However if you count the time that I was consistent I would say it was a year. And I slacked off a year in between.
The average gains during the first year of PE are about 1in length and 0.5 in girth.
The average gains during the second year of PE are about 0.75in and 0.4in girth.
Keep in mind that the more you gain the harder it is to gain more. We have a few people that gained more than 2.5in in length and 1.5 in girth, but these gains are rare in under a 3 year period of PE time.
Most of us veterans(2 years or more PE) will agree that there are other benefits to PE that come along with a larger Penis which are: stronger erections, better sex drive, better sex performance, healthier penis(if you do it right), much bigger flaccid size.
So just to wrap it up: PE DOES WORK, but it is hard work. Very hard work, and only the strong gain a lot, and many, many quit. So decide if you want to stick with it despite setbacks and disappointments(and they will come, believe me). Then set a new size goal, and work towards it every day. We are here to help you, to support you, and to answer any of your questions.
Good Luck,
And may the size be with you :)
