New Here, Somebody Please Help With My Routine :D
Hi, I’ve been doing PE for a short while now after starting with JP90s routine which I’ve modified quite abit, I’m wanting new excersises on what to change about my routine. Currently I’m doing PE everyday and taking rest days when I need since I’m young and take mk677 for bodybuilding anyway I think I can get away with the high frequency, I’ll post my routine

Stretch:
Helicopter shakes 40
Flacid bends 3*30 seconds each hand
Helicopter shakes 40
Left kegels 40, 20 circles both ways
Helicopter shakes 40
Right kegels 40, 20 circles both ways
Helicopter shakes 40
Up kegels 40, 20 circles both ways
Helicopter shakes 40
Up kegels 40, 20 circles both ways

Manual stretch 30 seconds*3 each hand

Jelq: (these are total numbers, not per hand)
200 wet jelqs
90 v jelqs

Angion for 5 mins (heard good things)
