Viva51, I have been a little busy lately and that is why I haven’t answered until now.
That 20 jelqs and then 20 jelqs was more like a example, but of course executable example.The point is to find out, that how your penis responds to a significantly bigger amount of jelqs.
When you did the original newbie routine, that is about 200 jelqs, how your penis responded to that?
There is one way to find out some amount of jelqs, that at least makes difference, but it is quite harsh (absolutely not for first time jelqers or even near that).
Just jelq as long as you go beyond the max amount you need to make growth.
Every time you have done 50 jelqs (starting from the beginning) get a erection and then continue jelqing. When you feel uncomfortable to do more jelqs or getting erection or the quality of erection is gone to worse direction it is time to stop. From the amount of jelqs you got, you cut out about 1/3 or 1/4 and try to jelq with the amount that is left for a while. After experiment like this it is good to keep about 2-3 days off.
You can also try to do for example 2 on 1 off. I currently do with that ratio, but usually it goes like this 2/1, 2/2, 2/1.., because I need quite regularly extra resting days (point is, that don’t hesitate to keep extra resting days when needed).
Also (again) the penis doesn’t necessarily have to be bigger after exercise (measured with normal measuring methods like ruler), it can be just more like a feel or look (when erect), but if you get even a little bit more to ruler it is good, but not necessary.
It is better if you don’t masturbate at workout days, because it affects to erection quality. Otherwise it doesn’t matter much and the influence is concentrated to erection quality and so it can have (not necessarily) some impact to workout efficiency. Anyway masturbation don’t prevent gains and it is good to ejaculate regularly.
Teej, kegels have some benefit when done with jelqs (more blood in penis), but it needs some practice. Generally, do kegel first and then right after it do jelq and so on.
