Linear Newbie Routine

J123, I was wondering if I do my PE workout session in the morning or early to mid-day rather then at night then it would be ok if I masturbated later on in the evening and it wouldn’t be bad and it wouldn’t counteract my erection quality and workout efficiency.

Viva51, it sounds fine. Most important thing is to avoid masturbation before workout, so that it won’t affect to workout efficiency. After workout it isn’t so important anymore, but it is still better to wait about 2 hours after that. So if you do your workout at morning or mid-day it is OK to masturbate at evening.

Thanks J123! One other thing, I am also still only doing the one 30 sec. Stretch to each direction (down, up, left, right, forward). And I was wondering if I should increase it to 2 30 sec. Stretches to each direction, or just stay at the one for right now?

One more thing, about the masturbation, if I do my PE workout at night and masturbate in the morning and then do my next PE workout that same evening, is that ok? Basically, is it ok to masturbate 2 hours before or 2 hours after I do my PE workout?

Viva51, adding 1 stretch more per direction supports the routine if you add more jelqs, so I think that is OK.

That PE at evening and masturbation at morning is OK. If you want to masturbate it is better to do it after workout. If you want to be sure, that masturbation doesn’t affect to your routine it is better to masturbate only once a day and to do it at least 2 hours after workout or to leave it to next off day.

I’ve recently read alot of posts by A69 and after reading his first routine, I have a question. He said that he did not jelq with a 3-5 second stroke, but sometimes 2 strokes per second. He did 300 reps of this and gained in the first 2 weeks. Have you ever tried jelqing at this speed, or know of anyone who does that has gained?

Beenie169. I have done that and I wrote something about it earlier, but it is actually harder to do and to keep track about the amount of jelqs. When done right it worked successfully, but not any better than standard jelqing.

Beenie169, here it is. It is located at page number 8.

“The hardest one to do right is very fast speed. I have done very fast jelqs so, that I would push more rapidly blood to penis, than it gets out and so forcing the penis to fill a little more, than usually and so eventually expanding and growing in size. When done right it usually leads to erection and then you just have to wait to get semi erect again.
Hard thing is, that the semi erection at the start have to be quite right, that it will work and it needs some focusing.
Today I usually do about 3 seconds jelqs. You may try different styles to see which one works for you.”

Main difference in this method vs standard jelqing is, that you do jelqs so fast, that you literally fill your penis with blood by jelqing and then waiting to get semi erect again and then filling it again. This is the style how I have done fast jelqs. If necessary you can use your other hand at the base of the penis to slightly control the outflow of blood.

Hey J123, what is the most number of days I can rest? Because I know you said that you do about 2/1, 2/2, then 2/1 again but what if I rest more than 2 days, like 3 days? Would that be counterproductive to my PEing?

3 days is fine. I also keep 3 days breaks now and then. There is no actual upper limit, but if you think, that some of your gains are not cemented (with linear routine and enough breaks during routine your gains should be cemented already) some upper limit may be 5- 7 days.

When people lose gains it is usually, because the penis have been under continuous hard stress maybe for years and it never have rested enough and it is stretched a little bit like a rubber band (I don’t like rubber band examples, but here it is useful). When you then stop PE you start losing gains.

That is why it is good to rest enough during PE routine, so that your gains are being cemented during your 1- 3 days breaks (for example) and your routine supports that (not more stressful than needed, what is one basic idea in Linear routine).

How is the routine working for Starter47?

I’ve been at it for a month and three days, and I don’t think I have any real gains. I think my erections have gotten stronger and my dick feels bigger/healthier, but the ruler doesn’t lie.

I’ve been doing one day on and one off, with days off each time I got little red spots, to let them clear away. Right now I’m at 60 jelqs and two sets of stretches per session. Next week is 70 jelqs and 3 sets of stretches per session.

I measured around the three-week mark and thought I was seeing gains (around 1/8” or 3 mm), but I didn’t see them measuring today. Obviously I’m feeling pretty down, especially after thinking that I was gaining. Any advice to help me out or words of encouragement?

Teej, measurements vary little from day to day, it isn’t a big deal. You can measure more often to get better average. From that what you wrote, I think, that you are doing fine, just keep doing it. You will get those gains.

Should I keep doing the linear routine until the two-month mark and then switch to a different routine, or what do you think?

Teej.
If you haven’t got gains after two months then you have to change something, that is for sure. Actually if you get enough rest, all you can do is to increase amounts and maybe some harder techniques and altering the balance about on and off days, but you can do this too linearly. PE is quite simple after all. Just doing workout and then resting.

Well, don’t think that after two months thing yet, there is time to it. Also if you get red spots it is usually sign, that your workout is efficient enough and it is not advisable to jelq beyond the appearance of red spots.
Also remember, that if your growth speed is for example that 1 mm in a week, it isn’t easy to see the results at the beginning.
