Linear Newbie Routine

Will this routine condition your penis for harder methods as does the traditional newbie routine?

Starting 3/4/07 BPEL: 5.75" EG: 4.25"

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 6.25" EG: 4.75"

J123, I just did 40 jelqs and no stretching for my first week back do you think I should stick with about 50 jelqs and no stretches for my second week then just stat moving up 10-20 jelqs each week after?

When do you think I should start adding stretches back into my routine? Because my number one priority is girth. So do you think I should wait to add stretches?

I think the number one reason I stopped PEing is because the routine became so time consuming. What do you think I should do when I get to a point like that?

Thanks,
Viva.

Maybe a Dumb Question Sorry.. So every day you workout, you warm up, stretch, then jelq? Is there a cool down after jelqing? And if you feel you can handle it do you think 2 30 sec stretches every time before working out is ok?

Observation, if done right this routine will not condition you to harder methods at any significant way. Sadly some “conditioning” does always occur. Why use hard methods to your dear penis if you can do it more gently?

Viva51, that what you suggested sounds fine.
If you want to save some time, then you might try putting the stretches aside for now. Jelqing is all you need to do to get growth. Stretching of course might bring some extra, mainly length, but girth being your priority it isn’t so big deal.
If you get to a point where your routine is too time consuming then the only option is to keep a break.

HugeWang69, yes, that is how it goes. Warming, stretching, (warming if necessary), jelqing and then a warming down (actually warm up, because heat is applied). 2 30 seconds stretches before workout sounds OK, but it of course depends about your current state, but in generally yes (risk of overdoing is minimal, but should be still considered).

Thank you For the reply.

I haven’t posted in this thread in a long time, but I thought I should post an update. After my initial two months over which I gained .25” BPEL and no NBPEL, I had to take a break (about a month I think) because school got too hectic. I then did two months at 5-6 sets of stretches and 100 jelqs, 2 on, 1 off, warming up and down whenever possible. After two months of that I had no gains at all. I stopped again for a while to decondition a bit before beginning a new routine, and now since final exams are coming up I’m going to wait until I finish at the end of this month. I’m planning on starting Bird2’s length routine.

J123, I just wanted to know some things before I continue with PEing. When I am doing my routine, what are some warning signs to look out for if I jelq or stretch too hard?

Will PEing have a negative effect on sperm count?

Thanks,
Viva.

viva51,
pain (not just the slight discomfort you can get from really stretching eg. muscles).
Probably even turtling of your best piece ;) or struggling to keep up engorgement (when doing eg. jelqs).

Remember: There is a good hurt (to me it feels like really stretching) and a bad hurt (about anything else ;) ).

YMMV though.

She said you had a small dick huh? Well just remind her of what Tom Arnold said about his soon to be ex-wife, Roseanne, when she said very publicly that he had a little dick - "Hell, even a 747 looks small when you put it in the Grand Canyon". START: 2004-12-06 EBPL 6.70" BPEL, EG 5" CURRENT STATUS: Full Healing Break (Plasticized ligaments need time to heal -- Beware the rotating manual stretches ;) ) 2005-01-07 EBPL 7.68", EG 5" GOAL: EBPL 8.5" (ENBPL 7.9"), EG 6"

Viva51, like ys above said, actual pain is bad. When you feel some “pain” and think, that is it just discomfort or pain, it is probably pain. If it is so noticeable, that you have to think about it, it is time to lighten a little bit.
Also you must be able to get erection any time during your workout or you are doing too hard.
Cautious line is needed in here, because it is quite easy to cheat yourself, that the pain is just discomfort.

PE shouldn’t have any effect to sperm count unless you do something to your testicles. However abstaining from ejaculation can temporarily decrease sperm production, but only temporarily.

Thanks J123! I do have another question though. Do you remember how I told you that I have Prostatitis. I just wanted to know if PEing would effect or hurt me because of it?

Thanks,
Viva.

J123, I know that I have said this before but I just started PEing again. This is my second week in and I’m really pumped about sticking with it! The reason I stopped was because this past semester of college was just way to busy! However, it’s summer now and I am free to concentrate on PEing! I am fully confident in sticking through not only the summer but the whole year and so on!

For my first week of PEing I started with 50 jelqs, kegels, and no stretches. This second week I am doing 65 jelqs. Do you think that I moved the number of jelqs up to fast? Another thing, I have told you that I am mainly concerned with girth and I was wondering how long do you think I should go without stretching? Maybe one or two months, if you think more or less just let me know. Because I know that it is harder to gain girth than it is to gain length.

One more thing, I know that the speed you’re suppose to go at when jelqing is 3 seconds, but when should I start counting that 3 seconds? Usually when I grab my penis I say, “One” then halfway through I say, “Two” then I end with, “Three”. Is that right, or could you tell me how you do it?

This next question could also be linked to the one right above this one. I remember that I told you back when I was PEing regularly that I was gaining girth everywhere except in the middle to lower region of my penis (Not quite the middle and not the base but about in between the two). I know that you told me to squeeze harder on that part of my penis when I’m jelqing, but did you mean when I reach that part of my penis when jelqing I should just squeeze it or did you mean that I should do it in one fluid motion when I am jelqing? Because, shouldn’t the grip be consistent throughout the entire stroke? By doing what you said couldn’t I lose consistency? Please help!

Last thing, is it ok that I can only get about 10-15 jelqs in before I have to stop and get my penis erect again?

Thanks J123! I know that it’s a lot of questions but please do your best to answer all of them, because I just want to do this the right way!

J123,

I did about 3 weeks of PEing and hurt my penis (thrombosed vein?). It has been 2 months, the majority of the “external” chord like thing is gone, but when I stretch I can feel the chord-like thing in my penis. Do you think it ok to start with some minor jelqing like your routine suggests? I want to get back into it, but I also don’t want to break my penis.

Vermont Beat

3/2/2008 16cm BPEL 11.2 cm EG (3 weeks into the newbie routine, may have grown slightly, but...)

3/16/2008 16.5 BPEL 11.2 cm EG

Goals: 17.8cm BPEL 12.7 cm EG

Viva51, nice to hear, that you are back to accomplish some goals.
The number of jelqs you have done should be OK considering, that you have done PE before, but it also wouldn’t hurt to do it a little easier.
About the stretches, considering that you don’t actually need them to get gains you can start doing them when you feel comfortable about it. Starting doing them after one or two months sounds fine.

The counting method you use to measure jelqing time is fine. You can also look a clock to assist you.

The stronger grip in the lower part of your penis should be a part of continuous motion (jelq). The tricky part is that you have to lighten your grip to “normal” tightness or the head of the penis gets considerably more blood and the problem gets even worse.

It would be better if you can do more than 10- 15 jelqs in a row. Maybe watching some porn would help.
I have some pictures on my computer screen that I watch. They are better, than videos for me, because I tend to actually watch the videos.

If you want to play safe with the prostatitis and do PE I suggest, that you ejaculate after each workout to clean the sperm channels. I don’t actually know, that is there greater risk of infection with the prostatitis, but it is better to play safe.

Vermontbeat, if you feel something extra in your penis caused by the thrombosed vein, I think, that it is better to wait it to heal or you might to get in even worse trouble.
