New newbie routine, is it ok
Hi,
I’m a newbie member, and I made a routine (based on looking around at various stretching), here it is:
9 mins; two 30 second sideways stretch, three 30 second rotor stretches, three 30 second upwards stretch, two 30 second downwards stretches, two 30 second straight stretches.
Slap the penis against the leg after each one.
5 mins jelq squeeze (each lasts 5 seconds), at least 300
15 mins jelq , 8 mins with palm facing chest, 7 mins with palm facing away to a wall, (each lasts 5 seconds), at least 900
I have been going with this routine, 1 day off and two days on, for about 10 days now. I have not seen any negative signs, although 2 positive ones and one neutral one.
Current stats:
NBPEL: 6.3 inches,
Base girth: 4.8 inches,
Aim:
NBPEL: 10 inches
Base girth: 6 inches
Could anyone give advice on how the routine could be improved to reach the target? I have already made small improvements (about .1cm for NBPEL!) but I wondering if I can get it better?
