New Routine, 4 Months Of PE
Hey guys, whats up?
I’m a Brazilian guy, so my English isn’t the best. I started PEing in December 2017, with initial measures 6,6” BP and 5,2” girth. I’ve gained 0,4” in length using the newbie routine.
Now I’ve been thinking of trying a new routine, and I would be very happy If you veterans could give me some advice. Here it is:
Day 1:
-5 min warm up
-stretching (5 each direction, 30 sec each stretch)
-10 Uli, 30 second duration each
-5 min warm down
Day 2:
-5 min warm up
-stretching (2 each direction, 30 sec each stretch)
-200 wet jelq
-5 min warm down
Day 3: rest
So repeat the routine until the gains stop. What do you think of it? Should I wait some more time to start Uli? Or increase the number of jelqs and let my girth gains to the future? Any advice is really helpful.
