Start with the newbie routine or the linear one in my signature. That jp routine is too much. I think you’ll be surprised with how much better those two would work out.
I’m not much into length work because however I PE I get it. I would suggest a simple routine of about 10 minutes jelqing and 5-10 of stretches of your choice if you are hell bent on not doing another newbie routine.
Even that could be too much tho. You’ve got some experience under your belt and I’m sure by now you know what to look for. You can always just mess around with various things and see what works. If you choose to do that, give the routine time to see if it works or not. One of the most common mistakes aside from overworking is quitting too soon.
