Newbie gains.
Okay, so after recently recovering from my dilemma as to whether or not to continue PE after building self confidence from the gym (I decided to continue, *devilish grin*) I picked up my PE schedule and really got into it. I had been doing it before hand, but it was really intermittent without enough consistency for me to think I would get any results.
Well, about a week after deciding to get more serious (which would be today), I decided to check up on my measurements. I knew there was a difference, I could just feel it in my hand. Lo and behold I managed to get 1/4th an inch of length and a massive .5 inch in girth. I’m thrilled! I doubt these gain will continue at this pace, but I needed to share my happiness. I also wanted to come share my results because I wanted to reiterate what has been said thousands of times before for any passing newbies; PE works. Do the routine, watch your PI’s, and just resist measuring for about a month and you can be just as happy.
