Ok guys here’s my back story - Learnt about jelqing a year or two back, messed around with it a bit but never seriously. Got more into it this year and attempted to follow a proper schedule for about 2-3 weeks. Firstly my problem is that I don’t usually wake up with morning wood.occasionally I’ll go through a period where I will but generally I don’t.I’m guessing this could be related to my poor erection strength? Is this really bad news?

Anyway, I used the newbie routine for about 3 weeks, but was only doing 120 overhand jelqs with relatively high pressure. At first my erection strength increased, as did my flaccid hang, and remained so until the third week after which it started to weaken. My flaccid also appeared less plump. I occasionally get spots, and because of a large one on a vein I’ve laid off for the last 3 days to let it recover. I’m wondering why my erection strength has subsided, when I haven’t changed my routine, and whether it a good idea to start again tonight. Also with the kegels, I struggle to do more than 20-30 5 second holds, can I do the 50 a day in say two 25 5 second hold sessions? Also is it possible my erection strength has diminished as a result of over kegel-ing? I’m in this for the long haul, notably first I want to achieve a stronger erection, not ‘expecting’ any gains as such at least not for a while.

Any advice greatly appreciated.some of the spidery veins on my penis are not blue but more like a purple or dark red - is this bad, possibly why I have weak erections?

Did you “build up” your routine? Perhaps you should advance a bit.

And did you remember to take off-days?

Didn’t really build up no, pretty much just started at 100-120 depending on how I was feeling on the day. Advancement.that was something I hadn’t thought of, you thin that might be the answer? I’m mainly targeting girth as I’m only 4.5 erect and so am worried I might lose rather than gain. I am concerned about the no morning/night wood thing, should I be? As I said before it’s pretty normal for me not to have either.. I remembered to take days off, occasionally I would do 3 days on and 2 days off depending on my schedule.sometimes it was 3 days on 1 day off but that was only once or twice.

And again is it common place to overwork your bc muscle? I was doing like 60-80 5 second holds spread over the day, with about 100-120 1 second clenches. Never ached though.couldn’t tell if I was over working it.

No offense taken - I have actually read all those threads, and I figured I was overworking but wasn’t 100% sure. I’ve had 4 days off now so I’ll start again with something light tomorrow.
