Newbie inspiration from a newbie
Hey,
I’d like to pass along my modest gains to the newbie crowd. Hopefully, this will inspire some to stick with their PE routine even if they show no sign of progress.
My non bone pressed (NBP) length starting out was 5.5”. My girth measured 4.5”.
After two weeks of sticking to a PE routine similar to luvdadas, I remained at my beginning measurements. Despite feeling discouraged I continued, and after another two weeks I was very surprised to have gained .25” in length, and .125” in girth!
Now that I have gained, I can step back and really take a look at my progress. It’s funny how you sometimes trick yourself into thinking nothing’s changed at all when it really has. My veins are more prominent, my glans are fuller during an erection, and my flacid hangs fuller.
So that’s my story. My routine by the way is:
-2 days on, 1 day off
-Some manual strectching/cranking until I have a decent erection and I feel sufficiently able to stretch any direction
-200 reps of power jelquing (kegeling between each stroke)
-Nice, long, hot shower
It should be noted that before every PE session, I have performed either cardiovascular or weight training exercises, so the blood is already flowing pretty good throughout my body.
