Newbie please critque/help
Hello, I just started PE 2 weeks ago. So far my routine is this 5 on/ 2 off
Session 1
5 min warm cloth warm-up
10 mins manual stretching (straight out downward, A-stretch, V-Stretch, Upward stretch and JAI stretches.)
Session 2
5 min Warm Cloth warm-up
10 mins wet jelq, with a Horse 440 squeeze at 3 mins and 6 mins
Usually end by jerking off
So far routine is going well, not going to measure until 1 month. Will increase the stretching and jelquing by 5 mins each every 2 weeks. Also i do Kegels during the day at work, dont really count just do them, mostly quick squeezes with a longer hold in every now and then. Any suggestions?
