Let me just start with an introduction and I’ll get to the questions later. Obviously, I’m new to Thunder’s Place (Hi, lol); and I’ve read a few threads already and researched the different techniques. Additionally, I’ve noticed a few of the members and veteran PE’ers are older (naturally). Most of the reasons older men seem to get into PE is for ED, and other things that come with age, and from what I’ve read I’m happy for those that have achieved their said goals.

My case is a bit different though; I’m 19 years old and erect length really isn’t much of an issue (7 1/4”). But, I’m also a skinny guy who is 6’1” and only 138 lbs, so I don’t have much of a fat pad at all. Though due to being so skinny, girth is a little lacking, not by a whole lot, but I feel improvements could be made. With that said comes my least favorite part, flaccid size (total grower, not a shower) which usually measures around 4 inches on a warm day haha. Basically I’m looking to improve a few things. But those are the top priorities; 1) Flaccid size 2) Girth 3) Endurance [in the bed].

So here’s the stats:
Current:
Flaccid Length-4 1/2 inches
Flaccid Girth- no clue (any advice on how to measure this would be awesome lol)
Erect Length- 7 1/4 inches
Erect Girth- Again, no clue (but when proportionate to hand lets say my thumb can to my index fingernail)

Goal:
Flaccid Length- 6 1/2 inches
Flaccid Girth- Current erect girth I guess? Lol
Erect Length- 10 inches ( I want to break that mark haha)
Erect Girth- Undecided, meatier that’s for damn sure lol

So any tips or strategies for a newbie with no PE experience looking to maximize girth and flaccid size?
My current plan (starting tonight) is to start with some stretches and just a basic dry jelq.

Start with the basic newbie routine, slowly increase time to stretching and jelqing, use plenty of heat before and after exercises. Sometime mid July, assuming you stay consistent, you will be ready for your next set of exercises.

Note: Some men have seen that working girth has completely ended the possibility of gaining more length, if you are ok with that than I would suggest you read up on squeezes, pumping, and clamping routines.

I gained much in the flaccid department just from the newbie routine. Fowfer’s will do you well in the flaccid length department, and I’m sure whatever girth-work route you decide will help you meet any other flaccid goals.

The most important strategy for any newbie is to stick with a beginner’s routine to give your penis time to adjust to PE work. Figure on 8 to 12 weeks with consistent training. Don’t think you can jump start things and go big fast. Study up on the beginner’s information links at the top of the page.

As a side note, your starting flaccid length is pretty decent. Many guys are a good bit shorter with a typical, daily flaccid. Just saying. There’s certainly nothing wrong for wanting more.

You should find a nice increase in flaccid size just from the newbie routine. Jelqing and manual stretches often fatten and lengthen the old softie quite a bit. You have to stick with the training for some time to get those gains to stick.

You really sure you want 10 inches? Thinking about a career in porn, are you?

Everything you guys said seems very useful and I’m definitely going to look into the introductions section and give the newbie routine a go. If girth and flaccid growth is naturally going to occur I’ll start simple and go from there. Thanks for the pointers guys!

The easiest way to measure girth is to wrap a string around it and pinch off where they meet and then measure that with a ruler. What I like to do is take a one thin piece of paper and wrap it around and mark off where they meet and use that same paper everytime so you can physically see the change in girth overtime by writing the dates and measurements next to the markings.
