If you’re new to PE the only girthexercise I would recommend right now is jelqing. Jelqing with a 60-80% erection targets girth. For safety reasons it’s best to start the first 2 weeks with 40-60% erect jelqs to prepare your veins and other tissue to the pressure which accompanies 60-80% jelqs. After a month you could add more (intenser) girthexercises like uli’s.
