how you all doing? i’m new to PE and would like to know what the best exercise for girth? I’m happy with my length (for now) but not happy with my girth and would like to make gains. Can someone point me to the right direction please. Thank you.

If you’re new to PE the only girthexercise I would recommend right now is jelqing. Jelqing with a 60-80% erection targets girth. For safety reasons it’s best to start the first 2 weeks with 40-60% erect jelqs to prepare your veins and other tissue to the pressure which accompanies 60-80% jelqs. After a month you could add more (intenser) girthexercises like uli’s.
