Newbie questions about manual routine
Hello, I’ve been a member of this site for 2 years now; I tried doing the PE routine when I first joined and did like a week or 10 days and lost interest/life happened.
I am starting anew and decided to commit this time. I started my routine just last monday, so this is the begining of my second week; I am doing a 2on1off and 3on1off routine since it fits my schedule. I do however have some newb questions, I did try to search the forum for answers, but couldn’t find answers for what I have in mind exactly.
My questions regarding stretching:
- I am still a dabbler and am trying different type of the basic stretch; circular stretches, power stretches and the sort. I already did my routine for today and I have noticed that unlike last week, when I am stretching straight out or any direction besides up for 30+ secs I feel that the ligaments near the base of my penis have become ‘loose’, unlike last week where they were feeling stiff and sturdy.
Is this normal? Or is it a bad indicator? And how should I proceed?
- Regarding Jelqs, I am doing exclusively wet jelqs, and jelq and hold. I do have an obnoxiously large fat pad (I am working on losing it) so when I jelq the skin just move with my ok grip, so I have to use my other hand to hold the skin back at the base.
My question is whether this is counterproductive? And whether I should change to another jelq method that circumvents around this issue?
- Another question is the intensity of the grip and the level of erection during the jelq. I don’t seem to feel the jelqing when I am like below 50% erection, I do however feel the blood pumping up when I am close to full erection at like 70-80%.
Should I jelq only at higher erection level or any erection level will do? Keeping a higher erection level while jelqing is quite a challenge :/ I have to restore erection level every 20-25 strokes (I am only doing 160 strokes right now —60 reps) which became time consuming. And how tight should my grip be? Extra tight? Mild?
Thank you in advance.
