Newbie routine
Hey guys
Been PEing for awhile but have just discovered thunders!!
Haven’t gained much as of yet about 2-3mm so keen for some gains. Have been doing this workout m,w,f
Here goes me routine
5 minute warm up
3 sets of one rep of 30 second stretches in all five directions
12 minutes of Jelqing
5 minute warm down
Any suggestions??
