Hi guys, I am now going to start PEing and have read all that there is to be read in regards to beggining my quest to having a larger penis. After a good 2 to 3 months of PEing I will begin to hang and use a stretcher. Just a few things I wasn’t sure about was..

When is the best time to PE (morning, afternoon, night)

Do the techniques vary for people that are not cut.

What supplements are there on the market that can be used to help tissue regrow.

I do weight training, will this in anyway affect my gains?

Uncircumcised men might find it’s a little awkward when stretching, but more comfortable while jelqing :D
Every methods you have seen here are dedicated to both cut and uncut men.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Use the search button. When you find a thread that seems relevant, also look at the threads at the bottom of the page “Similar threads” - you’ll find that some are spot on, and some are only distantly interesting.

I’ll just say one thing about supplements: They are an expensive way of replacing a good diet.
