Newbie needs advice

Hi everyone
I am new to this forum and little confused, I read many newbie threads but I cannot fully understand how to begin exercises.

Have you good advice what to do first. What exercises are safe for beginners and which works best at first time. Also if you have special system for newbies I will be glad.
