I’m new to PE

Have read a lot how to begin but still confused and hesitant

I really need to start because I’m not happy with 5.5”

Need to ask, can I also start my regular gym along with PE?

I bodybuild and run a lot. I honestly believe it benifits your penile growth.

You can, but not at the same time. The guys at Gold’s don’t appreciate it.

Mojo, he was joking dude. You can do both at the same time (just not at the gym). It wont have any negative affect on your gains.

Well if it’s cardio your doing it’s going to keep your blood circulation good etc so you have good blow flow to your penis. The one thing that bothers me about doing cardio is my dick always turtles I hate turting.

Mojo. Remember that the rest of your body needs some blood circulation too :-) . Well It always helps to work out. Doesnt matter if you are into PE or not. To answer your question if workouts help PE , IMO they go hand in hand

I wear monkybar’s AutoADS throughout my non-swimming workouts. This includes weights and cardio (usually 1 hour on the elliptical). When I wear it under a swimsuit, as described in this post, it is extremely stealthy. It actually makes my bulge smaller than without it.
