Newbie want length

I am doing the newbie routine now with manual stretches,I was curious whats the most effective stretch you guys found and how to know if I had a good workout? Should I feel sore while doing it or the day after thanks

I never feel sore after a workout. I started to subscribe to the LOT theory and found I am around 08:30. So I reduced the time I applied doing BTC and are now doing tunic pulls at 2x 5 MIN intervals on a 2 day on 1 day off routine. I also do bundle stretches (turn your penis one complete turn) and then pull in 4 directions for 1 minute each; with 4x Normal stretches diagonally. I include a couple minutes of V-Stretches putting my thumb over the base and pulling up for 30 seconds and doing the same for the center shaft and head for the same interval and a quick 30 second inverse V-Stretch pulling up at the center shaft.

I found the BTC though to be the most intense of all the manual stretch activities and still apply 1x 5 MIN interval to the routine.

I don’t know if this is really a newbie routine, but I have never been in pain from this activity.

Shower Warm-Up
4x 1 MIN Bundle stretch (Top, Down, Left, Right)
4x 1 MIN Diagonal stretch (NW, NE, SE, SW)
4x 30 SEC V-Stretch/ Inverse V-Stretch
1x 5 MIN BTC
1x 5 MIN Tunic Pull (Pulling Upwards for a long hold)
5 MIN Warm-Up

Short rest, begin my 20-25 min Jelq (sometimes as high as 40 min)

And finish it off with 1 more 1x 5 MIN BTC or Tunic Pull.

5 MIN Warm-Down

I do only 5 mins of manual stretches total,was looking for pics showing the v0-stretch but couldn’t find I am not sure if I am doing these probably,I do diagonal stretches as well whats the difference between diagonal stretches and bundle stretches?? And btw pulls is that pulling my penis from behind and holding it at that position?? Sorry for all the questions just looking to do it right and hopefully gain some length,thanks

The LOT theory was meant to apply to hangers and is obsolete.
