Newbie what to expect.

Newbie what to expect.

What gains should I expect to have in a years time with dedication?

I am doing 15 minute manual stretch and 15 minutes of Jelqs. Warm up and warm downs in there.

I have been PEing just that last week on the Monday (November 28th).

If I can get any insight I would greatly appreciate it.

Also I would like to thank Thunder for having a great free PE site.

It’s really hard to say “how much” but certainly after a year you should realize noticable gains.

Thanks for the replies so fast. I would also like to add that I have been reading these forums since mid-October and was finally able to join yesterday. Consistency is the most important thing and hardest thing to keep doing. I can only imagine how many people start and quit and never come back to PE because of impatience. Patience is definitely not a virtue I have but I will have to learn it to be successful is this venture.

Signature - Click on Quick Links at the top, and then choose Edit Siganture.

Patience is something you need to have with PE. This is my 3rd….possibly 4th start with PE. This time I actually stuck to it, and am glad I did.


Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"

Be optimistic, and don’t try and do too much in little time because it won’t help, I am on the same boat as you. I am looking forward to seeing gains, I am only in my second week right now so we will see
