Newbie with PE
Hi,
I have just started PE a few days ago following the Newbie PE Routine with
1. 5-10mins warm up
2. 5-10mins basic stretching
And 3. 10mins jelqing
I have read some where in the forum that the penis would be somewhat swollen and/or fuller for a little while after delqing. I have done the exercise for a few days and have yet to feel any difference on the penis after the work out. Does that mean I am not executing delqing correctly? Maybe I’m not applying enough push/intensity in the work out? The only work out I got was the muscle between my thumb and index finger. Or is it normal that I feel nothing? I just want to make sure I am doing it right so I don’t waste any time doing it wrong.
I did the wet jelqing exercise with about 50-80% erected. Loses to 30%-50% erection about 4 mins in and had to arouse myself a bit to get it back to 80%.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
