Hi, I started reading your forum just a couple of days ago and I became really interested about PE exercises as it seems they works.

I’ve never did any PE exercise, and I’m currently BPEL 6.7” and 5.8” in girth. I know that is a good size especially for girth, but I would like to gain a little more in length, but the fact is that I’m really aware about possible damage that I could inflict to myself. So what do you recommend?

Prepare to have a lot of people tell you the following things:

- you indeed have a very nice girth
- you are right to be careful when you start
- start with the Linear Beginners Routine (Linear Newbie Routine)
- stay consistent!


* 7 July 2015 (start): BPEL 17 cm (6.7") / EG 13 cm (5.1")

You are actually above average in both length and girth but more so in girth.

It is obligatory to state the dangers of PE, however never underestimate the bodies ability to cope with stresses and heal from whatever stupidness you inflict on yourself. Is it possible to permanently injure yourself? Sure, it’s also possible to add 2+ inches in length and girth.

Read as much as you can the free info on this website, watch the videos, ask questions about anything you are unsure of and like Cereal said start with the Linear Newbie Routine and go from there.

Good luck, remember PE is not a race, it takes a lot of time to see significant gains for most people.

I know that’s not a race in fact I just want to add some more length, just 0.5 inches, max 1 inches would be perfect.

I have another question for you, are the gains permanent or not?

In time they do become permanent. Many recommend exceeding your stated goal size. This will allow your goal size to be “cemented” and even if there is some loss over the years you’ll still be left with you goal size as a lasting achievement.
