Hello good people of Thunder’s Palace. I’m new to penis exercising, and I’ve read that the beginner’s routine is the place to start. However, that routine is from the early 2000s, and I want to make sure I’m not missing an up to date routine that’s advised by the pros here over that one. Any insight would help. Thanks!

The newbie routine is still the right place to start:

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Almost anything works. I’m partial to coconut oil as a lube, but will use regular lotion if that is all I have.

Thanks for the welcome and for the advice. I will start with the newbie routine. I’m also quite interested in pumping. Is there a safe way to incorporate that in my newbie routine?

I would honestly just wait for a couple months. But if you are dead set on pumping right away Start out at 10 minutes at 3-5 hg. Also if you haven’t yet you should check out the pumping 101 thread and the selecting your cylinder size thread.
