No swelling, no gain?

I have a really small penis, so making it grow is not a matter of vanity, but of necessity.

I live with the doubt between putting too much or less force during JELQ practice. So if I perform the exercises but do not notice swelling in the glans or foreskin (I am not circumcised) does this mean that these exercises will not be promoting the growth of my penis?

By the way, is it normal to feel weak and puncture pains on the glans during the day?

Jelqing may seem very simple, but it’s an art which you get better at after a long time.

You should not experience any weak feelings or sharp apins in the glans - that would suggest too much pressure, or too much time spent jelqing.

I have to echo firegoat’s assessment here (above) bro.

I will add that for the amount of time you’ve been at this endeavor, you really shouldn’t experience any more discomfort beyond the feeling that the tissue has been worked.. Similar to that feeling you get after a good day at the gym.
If by ‘weak’ you mean that your penis feels worked.. And if by ‘puncture pains’ you mean your glans is tingling.. Then those are not necessarily bad things.

Read about PI’s.. Understanding them will help guide your intensity.

Jelqing takes a while to learn properly. Nothing should hurt.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

It’s because I made the measurement in centimeters and then converted to inches
