Not able to get balloon effect after hanging

I finally got to where I’m able to hang and not feel it as much in my skin. But last night after my hanging session I start to do Jelqs and was not able to get the swollen balloon affect that I usually get. I’m able to get my girth up to around 1/4 to 3/8’s more when jelqing and clamping. But lastnight I was lucky to get 1/8 out of it. I also wore an Ace Bandage for 8hrs before I did my routine.

Could my penis been fatigued after my hanging session and not able to respond to the jelqing.

Maybe. Or it may take a little extra oomph. Did you look at porn or otherwise try to get a little bit of erection? When I jelq (and not when I hang) I watch porn movies on my computer. When I get too erect I stop the video. When I want a litttle more engorgement I start it up again for a minute or five.

Maybe I should not do both in the same workout. I’m trying to hang twice ed, should I hang once and when I jelq just done some manual stretching before?

Hanging should be done with as flaccid a dick as possible. Even a little jelqing could swell your glans enough to make hanging uncomfortable. (You need to always squeeze the blood out of your head as you hang.) So you can hang and jelq, just hang first. Same goes with stretching and jelqing.

Thats what I usually do, hang first and then my girth routine.
