Only Kegels for Gains?
I’m wondering if any of you really dedicated to kegels for gains in girth? I was thinking to really dedicate 30-45 minutes only to kegels and treat it as a muscle workout. I would do then one day rest one day training. What do you think? It could work? After reading here on the forum I discovered that penis after all have some muscles inside that can grow. Or am I wrong?
