Do what you can do now. If stretching is all you can do, then do that.

You might want to set some time aside to try practicing edging each day. This could help you get better control over your erections.

Depends on your experience and your level of condition. If you are new 10 mins total time is just fine. You want to gradually increase the total time without increasing the force.

Thank you ! I do 6 exercises of stretching.. I need to do 2day on 1day off ? Or I can do all day beacuse no jelq ?

There are no rules to PE, no exactly written handbook what to do, how to do it, when to do it and how long to do it. I suggest that you spend some time reading instead of all these questions. Then try out your own way. Read and practice for 3 month and then start asking questions. You will benefit from that in the long run.

Despite the fact that you don’t jelq, you should always have rest days. Manual stretching and length exercises in general will cause a drop in the erection quality. That’s not a bad thing because is necessary for gains, but you should always rest 2-3 days weekly.
The reason why jelqs are a good combination with stretching is because they improve the erection quality.

2on and 1 off is good. I used to stretch 5on and 2 off with very nice results.

Maybe I will give more chance to jelq.. Recomended to star with wet jelq ? I’m cut if its matter

I need to do 200jelq in total and I have 3 exercises to do.. Sqeez jeliq and ok grip 1down 1up who to split the 200 strokes?

Stretching alone is perfectly fine. If this is the path you are going to take, be sure to hit all the angles and try all the variations. Fulcrum stretching works wonders. Have fun tugging!
