I took a measure of an erection and it was smaller, but I got it by just really concentrating on sexy stuff. My flaccid isn’t small or hard or firm. My erection was a 7 usually it’s a 9. Even though it was smaller it felt engorged, looked veiny felt kinda heavy but quickly subsided and was hard to get up in the first place. So is this overtrained?
For me over training decreases my EQ, my bpel and my bpfsl. I find if I train on that day, it pushes my EQ down further. If I take the day off my bpfsl comes up by the next day. Of course thats if I just slipped into some fairly minor over training. If I went crazy, then it might take a few days for my bpfsl and EQ to rise again.
For example this week, I started water pumping again. I had slowly worked up to a LUV of 8.25 inches (length under vacuum). It had been several weeks off from pumping, and tried to jump back in at that level. 2 days of that torpedoed my EQ from wood almost all nite to none at all. And that is really just 1/4” more than I should have used. So really, it doesn’t seem like much, but for a “less is more” guy like me, a little too much can have a profound effect.
I took yesterday off, and today my bpfsl was back up to almost my max again.
So if you have a sensitive dick, keep very accurate notes on bpfsl, and try to be very accurate with time and force in your PE when you record what you have done, and the results from it. For guys like me, the difference between gaining and not can be ridiculously small.
