I do the newbie routine everyday and this is my second month, am I overtraining?

It depends on the intensity you are using. If you go at it very hard you are probably over training. If you use more moderate pressure, you are probably OK. Signs of over training are loss of erection strength, loss of nocturnal erections, or persistent bruising or discoloration.

I see, so it is OK for me to train everyday since the erection that I’m using is between 20-50%? Thanks

It really depends on what your dick is telling you.
What about morning wood? Erection strength? Maybe pain?

You might wanna read up the Physical Indicators (AKA PI) thread by sparkyx. Don’t ask me where though, just search for it :)

When you can get a 100% erection, have a morning wood and don’t have red spots the following morning, you are not over training.

Who knows?

When I was PEing 1 or 2 times a week, I got told I was UNDERtraining. Yet I gained.

As long as you’re gaining, and have no negative side effects, keep it up.

Here we have a very good information about over traininig.If you are feeling any of these topics you must stop and rest for a week or two.

It is not so much about your erection level during PE as it is about the amount of force you are using with your hands. Hard force creates damage and yields poor results, while moderate force stretches penile tissues and stimulates permanent deformation and growth.

Yes, symptoms from over training are temporary. When you go overboard, take a few days off and learn from the experience as to where your limitations are.

My post is not totally opposite from the previous ones, but I still believe that giving a break to your penis is something important you have to do, Kramer.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I think overall it is better to err on the side of undertraining as opposed to totally maxing out the whole time. For experienced PE’ers this may not be true, what with their intense routines often spanning multiple hours, but for newbies and intermediates (if that word can even be applied to PE), it is probably for the best. I slowed my PE progress from overtraining. Now I’m in less of a panic, I’m being more laid back about the whole endeavour.

As the phrase goes: Growth is encouraged, not forced.

Hehe, after all PE is more like spending quality time with your dick (I don’t mean masturbating, mind you) than finding the boundaries where you totally ruin your dick from overtraining / injuries ;)

I see, I am not overtraining cuase I don’t experience injury since my first day of PEing and I didn’t lose my erection
