So much info!! What’s it all mean? Clamping?,wrap? Ads? Where do I begin? I’m really hoping this works. Do PE pills help the process?

Look up the newbie program, I am sure some of the vets will post a link to it and more. This works, it is the coolest secret you will ever know. Start right now, take a picture (take allot of pictures) of your penis soft, erect, with a ruler bone pressed, with a tape measure around it and so on. You will be so glad you did in 6 months from now. This is not a quick fix, I did not see any gains until I had done it for 3 months and did not realise the gains until I had PE`d for 5 months.

Manual exercises and a all day stretcher is my tips for length. Some think one should not use a all day stretcher from the beginning but I do.

Oh, and I forgot to add, save your money and forget about the pills. All of the pills that promise to add inches do not work and many are involved in law suits for false advertising.

Welcome to the PE world mate. I just believe what all the veteran are saying and all the the around the topic here and there, but also examining the scientific and logical rational behind the principle of pines growth either in length and girth, PE is possible, so to speak it works. I started 3 weeks ago and I am planning to make measurement every month. As a veteran suggested on here, don’t be sick of measuring everyday and don’t expect to an immediate result, but as you keep on practicing every day faithfully, you will start seeing the fruit of your work in 3 to 6 months time. Good luck mate. We never know till we try ourselves, so let’s give it a go and see what the other chap claim to have gained in 1 to 2 years is true. Again good luck zmarq!

Thanks for the replies and for the encouragement. I sure wish I would have known about this site two days ago, I joined another site for $50. It does not have near the amount of info this site has. And their chat section is very strict on what can be discussed.
