Just finished my routine: 200 Jelqs 70-90% erection

30 Jelqs squeezes

1-2 handclamps for 1 minute. I’m feeling very tired in that area and sore and just as my luck would have it my girth decreased again! It was around 5.1 I’m guessing at the beginning while jelq but fell right as I was jelq squeezing to about 4.7. I’m getting very frustrated and I’m not sure if I even should continue this. I want to grow bigger and I would do anything to do it, but I just don’t understand why I was at 5.1-5.2 pre breakup, then naturally when the breakup happened I dropped down, but I’ve been gradually building back up to the 5.1 I was today. Then all of a sudden out of now where right before jelq squeezing my girth dropped down to how it was after breakup. I know I shouldn’t be getting frustrated or upset about this but it’s truly pissing me off. Why do I keep fluctuating in girth? I look at the 4.8 I was at after workout and it looks like a pencil to me. Honestly this wasn’t really a question just a rant. Thanks.

-Your girth is fluctuating because of 2 things.
1) You are over-training your self which can cause some shrinkage post-PE.
2) The over training is causing the EQ to drop ,hence the penis is not able to reach the maximum size it should while erect.

First of all 200 jelq at 70-90% is too much ,you should jelq at lower EQ like 50-70% .

Then, don’t do 200 jelq’s ,start out with 50 or 100 jelq’s and add 10 jelq’s every week. That way your unit will used to the pressure and intensity. This is the best way to avoid any injuries that can happen in the beginning.
Instead of doing 30 jelq squeezes ,do about 10 squeezes and add 10 every 2 weeks or so.

Jelqing with an erection level below 40%=length gains.
Jelqing with an erection level above 60%=girth gains.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

The quality of your erection is a bit inconsistent, you could have an overtensed pelvic floor while trying to achieve the erection, not have taken enough rest days so quality of erection is below par etc..
You didn’t lose 0.3 inches of girth within a couple of hours.

Actually there is your answer, take rest days more often, especially when you do girth work.

200 jelqs, See what I mean Walter? I remember you from the thread where I posted about quality jelqs. This is what I getting too. When you way too many jelqs, the risk of injury can always rear its ugly head. Now then, LiquidHeroine has to make a decision, I would take a day to not risk Plateauing.

I think, as you said many times, it depends on how you do them. If one does them as you described, then 30 jelqs may take as long as 15 min (at least that’s how I do them, very slow, fully focused), be , in my opinion, much more efficient than 200 2-3 seconds stroke . I don’t think the latter option is more risky, just much less efficient.

By the way if you only started in December 2014 that’s a hell of a work out. EL while jelqing is too high for a starter, ” jelq squeezes ” sound too intense, and I bet you use a tight grip too.

Look at tnt’s description of a jelq to do them more efficiently tntjockey - Low repetition Jelq sessions , and take a few days off.

Good points!

Just keep doing what you do but hover below a line where your penile functions drop. I you overstep it and do too much you which is indicated by what you describe, you stop or cut back.

If you measure often you will get many different measurements who are if done right will happen bigger more often as time goes by.

Some people measure only once a month when they feel at their best and thus avoid messing with the thoughts.
I like measuring every workout to gauge if what Im doing has the right effect. I then set it into relation to known factors.
A stressfull day or whatever and I dont expect to get the best measurement possible and would say a bad measurment is only a frame of the moment.

If Im bigger at my best then bigger at my best last month/year then I did it right.
